Serving Young People Overcoming Homelessness & Trafficking

Covenant House opens its heart and its doors each year to more than 900 youth & children ages 22 and under.

With God’s grace, our dedicated staff provides youth with relentless support, unconditional love, and absolute respect.

Open Intake

We are open 24/7, 365 days per year.
No one is turned away.

There’s always room for one more.

Unconditional Love

We love each of our kids
like our own.

If not us, who? If not now, when?

Absolute Respect

Every single one is good, and
beautiful, and brave.

We are so proud of them.

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me…

Matthew 25:35-36

A Tribute to Jim

Jim would no doubt want us to look forward and focus on planning for the promising future of Covenant House. However, while we are eager to roll up our sleeves, it is only appropriate that we take a moment to reflect on his lasting legacy.

Meet Our Youth

Every one of our residents has a story.

Every one of them is a child of God.

Though they often come to us with painful pasts, they are all united by their desire to heal, to learn, and to grow.

Our talented and caring staff works with them to unlock their unique potential. We are inspired by them – and all that they have overcome.

See how some of our courageous young people are flourishing.

How Can You Help?

In the past 10 years, the number of youth in our care has grown from 45 to over 200 per nightSupport our youth as they work to reach their incredible potential.
